Information we collect
This website does not include lead capture, contact, newsletter, or checkout forms, so it does not collect names, messages, or form emails through a web form.
If you choose to telephone or send an ordinary email, you provide whatever you type in that independent channel. We use that correspondence only to answer you and to keep a brief office note of the sitting you asked about.
Server logs operated by a host may record IP address, browser type, and requested URLs as a security and availability measure. We do not sell that data.
Cookies
See the cookie policy. An essential preference stored in localStorage (and any strictly necessary cookie described there) remembers Accept or Reject. Optional analytics cookies are not used unless you accept and unless we have actually enabled them.
Retention
Office emails and call notes are kept only as long as needed to complete a briefing or to meet accounting rules in GB, then deleted or archived with access limited to the desk.
Host logs follow the host’s rotation, typically a short number of weeks.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Because we do not run accounts on this site, many rights are exercised by emailing the controller with enough detail to find your correspondence.
International transfers
If a host or font provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on that provider’s published transfer tools. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts when you load pages.
Third-party services
Embedded or linked services such as Veve, Unsplash image URLs, and font delivery are third parties. Their processing is governed by their policies. Mention of Binance compatibility does not mean Binance receives your data from this website.
