If you cancel a sitting
Tell us by phone or email. If we have not yet started reading your Marvel NFT comic notes, we will not invoice that sitting. If we have already spent desk time, we may invoice for the hours used, which is not a retail “refund” because no remote checkout occurred.

If the Colmore Row desk cannot keep an agreed slot, we will not charge for that slot and will offer another time.
What this policy does not cover
We cannot refund Veve, Marvel, Disney, Binance, or any other third party. We cannot reverse collectible purchases you made elsewhere. Compatibility notes are informational; dissatisfaction with a third-party reader is not a defect in this website.
